Live-out childcare
A child carer will visit your home for a set period of hours each day.

Live-in childcare
This type of care provides you with the peace of mind that someone will always be around to provide care and support.

Temporary placements
We have a variety of childcare staff and specialists available on a temporary basis in the event of any occasion.

Temporary to permanent placements
This service allows a family to trial a candidate on a probationary period before proceeding with permanent employment, giving you reassurance that you have employed the right candidate for your family.

Permanent placements (Placements for longer than 3 months)
We have built up a large database of high calibre childcare staff, who are readily available for permanent employment. We listen to your needs and work as a team to match the qualifications, experience and personality of a candidate to best fit in with your family structure.

Recruitment
All of our childcare staff undergo comprehensive screening and selection procedures.
Our background investigations include checking employer references (a minimum of two), medical reports and Garda vetting.

Agency guarantee
All candidates are guaranteed for a 6 month period.

Payroll services
Careway has procured the services of a payroll firm who will provide guidance on your responsibilities regarding PAYE/PRSI as required by law, and will deal with subsequent registration & relevant paperwork. Please contact us to discuss the fees.

Labour laws and contracts
We can provide expert advice on the latest labour laws.
A consultant will facilitate the completion of any contractual formalities that may be required.
