Garda vetting for childcare workers

All of our childcare staff undergo thorough screening and selection procedures.

Our background investigations include checking employer references (a minimum of two), medical reports and Garda vetting checks.

Only successfully placed candidates are Garda vetted, due to time and cost constraints beyond the control of the agency, and can take up to 16 weeks.

The vast majority of candidates in the childcare industry have had a recent vetting done and where possible, we recruit candidates in possession of a recent clearance.

Furthermore, our Garda vetting is carried out by the NRF (National Recruitment Federation), who currently ensure the quickest turnover time available in Ireland.
